This set of stamps have a caption "Advance under the banner of
Marxism-Leninism".
The central pattern is the portrait of Marx and Lenin. It was drawn like
woodcut that enables the outline to appear distinct, the lines -- strong
and hard, the figures' manner--true-to-life. The background is red color
all in large spots, covering a main portion of the pattern. Depicted on
its bottom are people of all socialist countries, and countless red flags.
