Arnor 4: Aidan Swan, soldier in the Corvalian army, arrives in Fort Drevin where he awaits his placement in the battle against the peoch. Due to a mix up in his orders he is required to wait for a day for his assignment.
Arnor 5: Aidan is assigned to "The Drakes". Scouts for the Second Infantry. The Drakes include Sgt. Karyk, Kip, Lucan and Pran.
Arnor 6-7: The Drakes run to the Second Armies field base.
Arnor 8: The Drakes run into a small group of peoch and easily defeated them.
Arnor 9-15: The Drakes investigate a strange ruin which appears to be held by the Peoch. They encounter Peoch who wield metal weapon and wear chain mail armour. They recruit Taru, a healer for the Second Infantry. While exiting the ruin The Drakes were attacked by a strange creature which killed Parn before it
was killed. The remaining Drakes returned to the field base where they were informed by Captain Bolan that he would be unable to get them reinforcements that Karyk was requsting. Bolan also stated that he thought his assistant Neka could not be trusted. Following Parn's funeral Karyk was informed that the Drakes would be disbanded and Lucan and Aidan were to return to Fort Drevin for reassignment.  Upon arriving at Fort Drevin Lucan and Aidan are both promoted to Sergeant. Lucan is to command a scouting group in the Third Infantry and Aidan is assigned to be constable of the Village of Tern's Gap. They then hear rumour that Captain Bolan has been killed and it is suspected that Karyk and Kip killed him. Taru arrives in Fort Drevin and is to return to the Tevan Abbey. He and Aidan agree to travel together.
Morvil 4: Taru and Aidan arrive in Tern's Gap.
Morvil 5: In the middle of the night Aidan and the stableboy Morry, battle with the goblinoids, led by the hobgoblin Zarx. They learn that a local hero, Braford Hucrele has been captured by goblins. Zarx and all the goblins but one flee into the forrest. Sgt. Jessup, the former constable of Tern's Gap sneaks out of town in the early morning. Aidan discovers that Neka is staying in Tern's Gap. Braford's grandfather asks Aidan to find Braford and agrees to pay any ransom to the goblins.
Morvil 6: Aidan, Morry and Taru travel to the goblin's citadel led by the captured gobin (which promptly gets away, runs into a pit trap and dies). They discover a tribe of Kobolds and agree to help them find their missing dragon(!?). The kobold Meepo travels with the party, but remains in the citadel when they return to Tern's Gap. Quillian (a monk with the order of Eichlau) Trilon (a druid), and Ty Hucrele (the somewhat untrustworthy brother of Braford Hucrele) arrive in Tern's gap. Quillion is seeking information regarding a sword the Braford has obtained. They meet Aidan's party and after some discussion agree to assist them in finding Braford and his group. That night Trilon disappears with Morry. Ty sets up a meeting between Zarx and Aidan, Taru and Quillian.
Morvil 7: Aidan, Morry, Quillian, Trilon and Taru return to the Citadel. They battle many goblins and some other nasties.
Morvil 8: Aidan, Morry, Quillian, Trilon and Taru rescue Theros and the Chinaguk, Garth from a goblin prison. Something happens and the whole Citadel shakes as if the very earth is crying out in pain. They exit the Citadel to return to Tern's Gap (Theros is in rough shape). They find that their horses have been
butchered. They also meet Myras, servant to Tristanin. Myras leaves with Trilon. When the rest of the party arrive back in Tern's Gap they discover that goblins have raided and killed Luth, the priest. Aidan is now reluctant to return to the Citadel but Trilon reappears to say that she will be leaving. She also gets Tristanin to agree to protect the village from goblins until Aidan returns. Taru decides to remain in the village.
Morvil 9: Aidan, Morry, Ty, Quillian and Garth return to the Citadel. They discover the kolbold's dragon and are able to subdue it and return it to Yusdrayl, the kobold queen. The kobolds reward the party with several items including a key. The party continues exploring and finds the goblin village. A huge battle
ensues ending in Quillian's death at the sword of the Hobgoblin chief Durnn, just before Durnn himself is killed by Aidan. Goblin civilians are locked up into the goblin prison. The party does a quick search of the area and discovers a trapped hallway to the kobold's area. Aidan informs the kobolds that he claims the goblin's area in the name of King Igol II. The kobolds decide to start charging a toll for access to this area. The party returns to town with Quillian's body. Outside of town they see a boar's head stuck to a tree with a dagger. Ty is beginning to feel ill. They learn Sir Yancy, Knight of Corvalis has arrive in Tern's Gap.
Morvil 10: Ty slips away into the night. Aidan follows a white owl into the woods hoping to find Tristanin. Instead he meets Rowen. A secretive old man who proclaims he is interest in the well being of Tern's Gap. Rowen gives Aidan a gift and tells him he will summon Tristanin for him. As Aidin makes his way back to town he comes upon Myras, who threatens to kill Aidan if he draws his weapon in Tristanin's prescence. She then leads Aidan deep into the woods to Tristanin. The druid informs Aidan that Belak, the druid in the Citadel, is no longer a concern to him and that there is something taking place in the east where he has sent Trilon. Aidan asks Tristanin to protect Tern's Gap for three more days Tristanin agree to do so only if Aidan agree to help him in the future. Aidan reluctently agrees. Aidan then asks if the druid can bring Quillian back to life. Tristanin says he could but due to the nature of the magic Quillian could come back in a much different form. Tristanin agrees to take the body and think on whether he would do anything. Whatever he decided he said he would never tell Aidan.
