Plot Outline: A serial killer is on the loose in an American city. A man with psychic capabilities seems to be getting a little too near the truth. One night when the man works late in his office at the top of a skyscraper with his female friend the killer pays them a little visit.

A former mountain climber has lost his nerve in a climbing accident which left him with psychic capabilities and a bad case of vertigo. When the mountain climber links with a serial killer, seeing through his eyes when he kills, the killer comes after him one night when he's working late in his office at the top of a tall skyscraper. To escape the killer, the former mountain climber must fight his fears as he and his fiancee are forced to mountain climb down the outside of the skyscraper 40 stories above the ground!
