| The Lenape Blazers Softball League (formerly Byram Girls Softball League (BGSL) was incorporated in 1992 (the league had existed for a number of years prior to 1992) to provide a competitive softball program for young girls residing in Byram, Netcong and Stanhope. The league is affiliated with the Amateur Softball Association (ASA). The ASA is the National governing body of softball with more than 260,000 teams registered nationally, including over 73,500 Junior Olympic (Youth) teams. |
