How to Register:
1. To confirm your entry, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following information:
Your Name
Your E-mail address
Your Home address (Street, Town, State, ZIP code, Country)
Your Home Phone Number and Your Cell Number (only will be used for emergencies)
2. To pay for your entry, please send a check for the applicable amount to Eric Krol, 3720 Harrison Ave., Brookfield, IL 60513 USA. Here's how to determine your registration fee:
If you register and pay early, from May 1 through June 30, the price is $35.
If you register and pay from July 1 through Aug. 7, the price is $40.
If you register and pay late, from Aug. 8 through Aug. 15, the price is $45.
You have to send the money in by the dates indicated to take advantage of the lower prices.
