I am a loyal, loving, playful pup looking for a new home. My master rescued me from Animal Haven after I had spent the first 9-12 months of my life on a dog hoarder's farm with over 20 other canine friends. My master lives in an apartment, so it has been quite an adjustment going from a free-roaming farm to a little, closed in apartment with no yard. I have quite a bit of energy, but we've gotten by pretty well with her dropping me off to play in a friend's yard or Doggie DayCare (where I have a blast!), but that is getting a little expensive for my master and she has gotten very busy. We haven't had a lot of time to spend together lately, and I miss having someone to pay lots of attention to me. Soon, she's going to be moving to a new home that just can't accomodate me. I know that we will miss each other very much, but we both know it's for the best that I find a new home. I know I will always be in her heart. |

I get along great with other dogs, and even cats. I love to chase squirrels and run wild and free without a leash. I'm pretty fast if you just let me run. I love the feeling of freedom, but once I'm yours, I won't stray from you. I may run like the wind and engage in a friendly game of tag with my master, but I'm pretty easily lured back in... once you're "it". I love to chew on ice and my kong, especially if there's a peanut buttery treat inside. |

I sleep next to my master's bed at night to protect her. I always know if she has to step out and leave me behind for a bit though. When I hear her getting into my treat bag, I run right to my kennel and anxiously await those yummy treats and her praise. |
