I believe that 98% of people calling themselves traders are operating in good faith. So why does this page exist? Because of the other two percent. Yes, it sucks there has to be a page like this. But if you're about to trade with one of these rip-off artists, aren't you glad you saw this first? The people listed here entered into a "contract" when they agreed to trade CDRs with me. These individuals received the music I agreed to send, but failed to uphold their ends of the deal. As far as I'm concerned, that's the same as stealing from me (not to mention mail fraud).

Considering I have no evidence to the contrary, I have to conclude that Mark Williams has either been abducted by aliens, or is a liar and a thief.
