"In your journal, name some pressures that you feel and briefly note your response to these pressures.
Some pressures that I have faced
in my life have been drugs doing and selling them. I feel there is no reason
to do drugs. Drugs only takes you out of what you naturally are , it changes
the you feel. Drugs make you do and feel things that are not real. Them
theirs the effect it has on a person body then it becomes addictive. That’s
the reason I don’t do drugs. Selling Drugs is another thing I would not
have any part of. I my self feel that it is wrong to sell something that
makes people lose brain cells lose their judgment and can cues them to
do stupid things. Some people sell drugs for money no amount of money can
make me do that. I seen what drugs can do to people and I seen what
drug dealer’s go through and when I am asked to do either one I just say
no because u really don’t need something that bad in your life so you?

Growing and changing are seldom
easy but almost always interesting. Thinking back, can you identify some
of the growth
experiences that helped to shape
your perceptions of yourself , others and life itself.
When I was younger I went through
many struggles. I have changed a lot through my adolescent years. I feel
that everything I have been through has help change and mold the person
I am today. I never new life could be so hard. As a adolescent I was about
11 I was attending my middle school in Harlem at the time S.A.A.E. Jone
of Arc, I was in the 6th grade, I thought that the 6th grade meant you
had to be grown up I felt independent and free. During the first few weeks
of school I had many projects do and unlike elementary people didn’t tell
me and worry if the work got in. My turning point was I really
had to grow up there wasn’t any one there to tell me to do my work or anything
like that I had to make sure every home work and project was given in on
time or I would fail everything was on me.
Home work # 1
We have to name the reason Millecent
doesnt want to join the sorority
The reason why Millecent doesn't
wants to join the sorority at the end of the story is because she feels
that she already passed initiaon process herself and within her another
melody soared, she felt strong she knew and felt that she passed initiation
and now she could make her own private sorority
Write a psychological analysis essay describing the reasons why in the beginning, Millicent wants to join the sorority, the reasons why she decides not to join the sorority after having gone through the entire initiation process
There are
periods an your life when little things suck as making the right decision
can determine how you want to change your outlook on your life. In
the story "Initiation" by Sylvia Plath, a high school teenager named Millicent
debates on whether or not she wants to join a sorority group. Making
the right decision would mean changing her life completly. How would
she cope with makin the right decision?
When Milicent
heard that she was choosen to be in the sorority she was very excited.
She knew that in order to become part of the sorority she had to go through
an initiation process, still that had no effect on her waiting to be part
of the sorority. Millicent thought that by beeing parr of this she
woiuld change for the better.
It took Millicent
the initiation period and her meeting with the vired man on the bus to
realize that she didn't need to fit in with this high prestige group.
In which your life revolves around being isolated from everyone and everything
outside of the sorority. She still wanted to be around her life long
friends. She wanted to be likfe the heather birds, free to make her
own decisions. Free to do anything she desires without being judged
by anyone else.
