| Thomas Prescott's will "I, Thomas Prescott, April the 17 of 1780, do heraunto give unto my beloved wife Marry Prescott and desire all the mofebels estate of my deses during her wood and if married on half shall be sold and divided amoung the gails. Each child shall have a cow a piece that hath got none and shall be sold enough to pay off debts. I do hearunto give unto my son, Moses Prescott, one hundred acres of land lying at the mouth of the great branch patended by John Martin Bender and fifty acres of land taken and patended by John Stelle and I hearunto give my son Aaron Prescott one hundred acres of land takend and patended by Jonse Fowler and I do hearunto give unto my son Willis Prescott one hundred and fifty acres of land where I now live and fifty acres joining of it patended by John Stelly and I do desire all my boys be bound out at twelve years old and I desire Aaron Prescott would take both of my oldest boys and my land shall be rented out all but the house plantation I desire not to have my land rented out before this crop that we have planted is off, if the Lord desire."
