Oliver

Oliver and Midge arrived
on the same day to bring
our numbers up to 6.

Oliver's mum died when
he was about 3 weeks old
and our shelter owners
answered a desperate call
from the frantic owner;
and so it was three little
orphaned babies arrived at
the shelter.

Midge's mum, a little jill
that had been handed in
and was later discovered to
be pregnant had a small litter the same age as the orphans, and, bless her, willingly after being allowed to inspect them on the shelter owner's lap, picked them up one by one and rushed them into her nest with the her own babies.
From then on she reared them quite happily.

Visit Kevin and Julie at West Valley Wuzzles (awesome site)

And so, although Midge
  and Oliver have grown
up together they are not
true brother and sister.

Maybe that is why they
get along so well!!!! but
there again my Oliver is
a bit of a "yes man"
where Midge is involved.
Come to think of it ...we
all are!
