Mr. Leke Ekundayo became a full time member of staff
of Sages Consult as the Computer Systems Analyst and Data Manager in year
2000. Prior to this, he gained wide computer technology knowledge in
employment as contained in the Employment Record below. In the past year he
was responsible for data entry and management for the Manpower Audit of
the Federal Civil Service was carried out by independent consultants to
determine and eliminate the ghost worker phenomenon and ascertain the
personnel cost in the Federal Civil Service. The exercise which determined
through authentic nominal roll and physical head-count the total staff
strength in the Civil Service was jointly supervised by the Office of the Head
of the Civil Service of the Federation, the Federal Ministry of Finance and
the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation.
Sages Consult was responsible for the audit of all staff in the Federal
Ministry of Education and the total staff strength was 23,124. Mr. Ekundayo
managed a data entry staff strength of 14 persons working in shifts, created
the criteria and query fields for the entry and managed the information
storage and retrieval using the Microsoft excel and access softwares. He also
was responsible for data evaluation and analysis in conjunction with the
Partners and the economist. The Manpower Audit exercise also involved the data
collation and entry of all personnel costs in the past three years in all
secondary schools owned by the Federal Government and under the Federal
Ministry of Education.

entry, systems administration of peer to peer network, troubleshooting of
