Lekan is a graduate Biochemistry. Today, I am a Website Designer and Developer a field I have little or no formal education in and I intend to use this site to help people discover their talents and improve themselves

While I was in the university, I made a two (2) discoveries that have gone a long way to shape my life.
1. Most successful people rarely succeeded inthe field of their first academic qualification. For example, my department discovered that all the students that graduated with a first class (most excellent grade) since the creation of the department are no more in the Biochemistry field.

2. Most successful people, became successful because they spent more time developing their talents. That is one of the reasons why successful people simply enjoy what. For example, for so many footballers, kicking the ball is simply fun and they enjoy it, have you ever wondered why Ronaldinho (current FIFA-rated best Footballer of the Year) is always smiling wherever he makes those phenomenal moves he is well known for. Have you ever wondered what kept Albert Einstein in his laboratory till he broke new grounds in physics and mathematics (I can tell you from experience that lab work can be very boring).

So for you to be successful, the first step you need to make sure of is that you discover what you would enjoy doing, whether you are paid well for it or not. (to be continued next week).
