| Niwa Daisuke has just turned fourteen and learned that he possesses a gene that activates whenever he sees the girl he's fallen in love with. The results - Daisuke transforms into purple haired, bishonen thief, Dark, and gains black wings and super powers. Dark happens to be a legend in town, though his last appearance was 40 years ago. Mom and Grandpa are rooting for Daisuke to continue the legend, while a handful of others, namely the Chief Police Commander, Satoshi, want him captured. And of course, Daisuke isn't so smooth in the love department, so getting his true love, Risa, to fall in love with him, thus breaking this Dark fate, is going to be a challenge - particularly when she ends up falling for his alter ego. |
