I usually train 4-5 days a week only training a bodypart once every 7 days, usually mon, tue, thur, and friday, consisting of 3-4 different exercises for large bodyparts and maybe 2 or 3 for smaller bodyparts such as biceps or triceps,my rep range can vary anywhere between 8-12 reps and range to around 3-4 sets per exercise. I try to really concentrate and get a good feel in the muscle and get a good squeeze and contraction after each rep, I like to be strict and use good form as it reduces the risk of injury too, I also like to stretch between sets not rest for to long as you will lose the pump. My training sessions never exceed 1 hour.

I think my back and biceps are my best attributes, my legs being the weakest, hopefully they will be much better for my next competition in september due to the intense training and the fortunate training partners I have, pricey and julian.( with their experience and knowledge). Try to train large bodyparts such as back and legs on their own and try not to be in the gym to long as you must remember it's not in the gym you grow, it's when you are out of the gym the growth happens.I am still a novice or should I say at an intermediate standard in bodybuilding and have so much more to learn, I think it is a great sport and would like to get more people interested in bodybuilding and make it more popular, I would also like to share my knowledge with other bodybuilders who are not so experienced as I only wish I had the chance to do that when I started out training.

I had an injury in 2004 and broke both my wrists and dislocated my elbow which required surgery, it set me back a long way in my training which really frustrated me, so as you can guess one of my current goals is to stay injury free and train hard, eat well and take each day as it comes,I am currently training with my 2 good mates(BIG julian and mark CALVES price).mark and julian have been so helpfull and supportive for me id really like to thank them both so much and i cant wait to see pricey compete hopefully in the wfbb welsh in 2007 and then then british finals as he has such an aspiring physique.i also would like to thank flex for his help and advice and cant wait to see him do the british finals this year(2006).
