First Timers
1st: MARK EVANS (Fitness Studio, Gorseinon) Eleven out of ten for Mark on my patented �Physique-Ometer�. Muscles as dry as the refreshment lounge on Saudi Airways, with plenty of size in all body parts. Superb abs and detailed wide back. 2nd: LEIGHTON ASHFORD (Fitness Studio, Gorseinon) Superb legs, abdominals and chest. Good size and hard condition. 3rd: MARK OWEN (Skewen) Tight and ripped with great muscle separations. Upper body exceptionally good. Also competing: NEIL OWEN (Brays Powerhouse, Swansea) A muscular, full bodied physique. ADRIAN JAMES (Fitness Studio Gorseinon) This gym seems to be churning out top bodies like a Taiwanese production line. Striations all over and wicked hamstrings, back and legs. Shame he missed getting a trophy this show, or HAS he? MARK REES (Fitness Factory) Not cut but a fine looking physique. Prize winning quads.
I was very nervous about competing. especially the thought of being onstage competing in front of so many spectators and competitors.I knew I would be fine once the adrenaline and excitement slowly wore itself away,once onstage i felt as if its where i belong.In my opinion anyone who is contemplating competing should really give it a go as all the dieting & hard work is worth it when you are up onstage, I really cannot wait to get on stage and compete once again in September 2006, and hopefully turn up in the best possible condition.unfortunately my good mate mark owen is not competing this year as he is training hard for contact sports,so hopefully we will see him in 2007 looking as good as ever and hopefully the same for adrian james who is also not competing this year,should be a nice suprise too see who`s gonna be there.i spoke to mark evans who has an exellent physiqe and truly deserved to win and he told me that he will be doing the wfbb 0ver80kg so that will be interesting to see.not sure for definate who`s going to be guest posing this year but there is a whisper that it maybe dennis james(or markus rhul)hahaha.
