The villa has the benefit of full air conditioning, fitted fans, smoke detectors and emergency lighting. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. The management company is located close by, should you need any assistance during your stay. The villa is wheelchair accessible.
Pool heating is optional (but rarely needed) at $100 per week.
Just outside the gates of the community, within walking distance are a 24-hour Walmart, bank, petrol station, pharmacy and there are many restaurants along highway 27.

Southern Dunes is a links-type course set in lovely landscaped grounds. Guests enjoy savings on golf green fees and may use the children’s play area, tennis courts, community pools and gym. The Clubhouse restaurant and bar are open each lunchtime and on selected evenings for snacks and meals.
Our villa is the perfect base for a Disney vacation, providing a quiet haven for your return after a tiring day at the parks.
Booking is secured with a deposit of £100/$150 (non-refundable) and the balance is due 7 weeks before departure.
