| Players if you have a problem, issue, or complaint regarding your status with the team, or with another team member please see coach immediately. Do not wait for an undue amount of time, this usually only makes the situation worse. Coach will listen to your concerns and will address them the best he can. If your problem involves another teammate you can expect to have a meeting with coach and the other team member. Communication is the key and I will do my best to facilitate this attribute. Parents, coach is willing to hear your concerns as well. Remember that they must be expressed professionally and calmly. I will not deal with aggressive or inappropriate behavior/language from parents/guardians. Nor will I address your concerns during practice or games. Problems or complaints should not be expressed over the phone. Please either see me personally after practice or e-mail me. E-mail is an especially nice feature because it offers a written record of what transpired. If you wish to see me personally I am more than happy to oblige your request, but be advised that I am only willing to talk about your student-athlete. I will not discuss any other players status, playing time, discipline, etc.. with you. Finally, I require that any personal meeting between a parent and myself be conducted with the player in question present. These regulations are NOT in place to hinder the expression of your feelings or ideas. They are in place to protect myself, and the LEHS Girls Varsity Soccer Team. Please be respectful of them.
