Alumni Watch
Jon Seymour ('87) is a school administrator in Massachusetts, married with three daughters and one son. Jon was league champion in the 110 HH and second in the 300 IH in 1987. He was a district qualifier in both hurdle events in 1986 and in the 300 IH in 1987.
Drew Brandt ('06) ran on the Hawks victorious 4 x 400 relay team at the Penn Relays. SJU won the PA section of the 4 x 400 relays.
Kyle Weir ('05), a junior at East Stroudsburg University, placed 8th in the Lehigh Invitational 1500-meter run with a time of 4:10.02.
Mike Mansuy ('08) won the 600-meter run on 02/14/09 at Dickinson's Valentine Invitational meet in a time of 1:24.51. Mike was named as the Centennial Conference Track Athlete of the Week as a result of his performance. He also ran on the school's 4 x 400 team.
Ian Quinlan('08) placed 12th in the 1500-meter run at the Lehigh Invitational running a time of 4:13.65.
Chris Mitchell (class of 1994) who was a vaulter for the Warriors is competing and coaching in New Hampshire.

Rob Morhard ('08) competed in the 800-meter run at the UAA championships. He ran a 1:55.65 in the preliminaries and placed 6th in the finals with a time of 1:59.04.
Percell Berry ('08) ran on the Golden Bears' 4 x 400 relay team which placed second at Shippensburg recently.
Shane Ordway('08) has a best outdoor vault of 14' 11" at the CAA Championships. Last week he placed second at West Chester clearing a height of 14' 7.25".
Two more MHS graduates have entered the teaching and coaching ranks: Kristen Brandon at Cumberland Valley HS (teaches Spanish and coaches throwers) and John Warnek at Lewistown HS (teaches physics and coaches throwers).
Tom Farney ('07) is competing for Penn State (Berks) in their initial track season. Tom is running the 200-meter and is on the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relay teams.
