We had a big meeting. This is what we discussed:
-We have decided to take a break. Our next serving will be the first weekend of February. (Feb. 2nd and 3rd)
-The purpose of this break is to re-organize. We need more literature, stores to donate food, signs, to get a phone list together, etc.
-Food Not Bombs Lehigh Valley will now have two separate servings every weekend: Saturdays in Allentown (at the train station, 12-2pm) and Sundays in Easton (in the circle, 1-3pm). Both groups will share resources.
-We'll hold lvfnb meetings monthly or bi-monthly so that both groups can keep in contact. Our next meeting has been scheduled for the 5th of January.

...no meeting was held, but i decided to post some thoughts...
-Things we need more of on a CONSISTENTT weekly basis: silverware (no plastic!), prepared food, drinks.
-Please get more involved at the servinngs... serving food, pouring drinks, etc.
-If someone could please volunteer to ttake care of either the clothing and/or shoes it would be much appreciated. Having to take care of the food, clothing, and shoes is kinda overwhelming... plus, my basement is totally full with all the FNB stuff... ugh.

FNB is this Saturday, but I was updating the website, so I thought that I would just like to let everyone know that i have nine million tons of bread for Saturday in my freezer downstairs. Bring more pre-cooked food. Also, a tenative dinner party is scheduled for NEXT Friday. I'll bring it up at the meeting.
