Personality: Dolly may be 25, but she looks 16. She's extremely upbeat and no one has ever seen her frown. Critisism just bounces off of her. Whenever someone makes a suggestion, she just agrees to it and then does what she wants anyways. Dolly often acts with the maturity of a two-year old. Dolly flirts constantly and cannot stand it when she isn't in the spotlight.
History: Dolly was born in Tokyo. Around the age of four, Dolly's parents got a divorce and Dolly moved with her mother to New York City. Once Dolly's father died, she inherited his multimillion dollar organization. She used some of the money to create Rinkuku High, for reasons known only to her. Other then that, not much is known about Dolly. She still visits the school often, to check up on it's progress.
