Criteria:
1) Participant must have gone at least three events without being captured.
2) Participant is required to escape from prison camp at least nine times.
3) Participant must have a C.O. recommendation

| This award will be given to any CTF participant who frequently exhibits behaviors reflecting his ability to escape from prison camps or to elude capture altogether.
