Rules Of Engagement
Regarding Setup:
Each Team Will be Granted a Territory with boundaries which they must remain inside of. There will be a 6-8 yard buffer zone between the conflicting territories known as No Mans Land This is the only safe zone where one cannot be captured in. This territory is a place of refuge and diplomacy.
Each team will be Given a flag to mount at a location designated before the start of the game and publicly known.
The Island of Isolation is to be avoided as it is International Prisoner Territory

Regarding Basic Gameplay:
Participants are encouraged to always have a means of communication/contact at all times (ex. Cell phone, Walkie-Talkie, hollerin distance, etc.)
When a member of the opposing team is on your territory, you must bring him down. (A person is considered captured when his knees and/or both shoulders are touching the ground)
Note: THERE IS TO BE NO TACKLING IN WOODED AREAS  When in the woods-One is considered captured by being wrapped up (having arms completely wrapped around him)
Once a person has been brought down, he is not allowed to retaliate and must be escorted to the prison camp.
Troops are not required to offer the option of surrender to their adversary.  Correspondingly, troops who are offered the option of surrender by their adversary are not required to accept it.
A defender is allowed to be no closer than 10 yards to his own flag.
A game will be continue until one of the following conditions of victory have been met:
-A successful capture of the flag has been completed. (Bringing opponents flag to your home base camp)
-Team A has surrendered to Team B. (A surrender can only be requested by the acting General of the Army)
-A Total Annihilation has been achieved (A team manages to capture all but two of the opposing teams members.)
Upon the completion of one of the above objectives,  All participants will regroup in No Mans Land. After a short break, the game will be reset.

Regarding Prisoner Treatment:
NO PRISONER ABUSE IS TO BE ALLOWED
A prisoner is to be bound-only by rope-at the feet, and, very loosely, at the wrists if the overseer sees fit.
Any wound a prisoner has must be attended to.
Weapons and/or equipment may be taken from POWs but may not be tampered with and must be returned upon release.
Each prisoner is to be allowed access to water if requested.
Recreation is to be required at each prison camp; a deck of playing cards will be provided at each prison. (A radio may also be provided if overseer sees fit)
Prisoners are to be allowed freedom of movement within each camp.
A Prisoner is allowed to escape only if he is not guarded, or able to escape stealthily. FORCE MAY NOT BE USED TO ESCAPE---A PRISONER IS NOT ALLOWED TO RETALIATE AGAINST HIS CAPTOR
Note: If a prisoner takes advantage of his freedoms and attempts escape-HE IS NO LONGER ENTITLED TO THESE BASIC FREEDOMS. He may be bound at the wrists and ankles tightly, blindfolded, and isolated until gameplay ends or a prisoner exchange is effected.
A prisoner is not allowed to escape while being transported to the prison camp or to a prisoner exchange area.
A prisoner may be freed from jail by a member of his own team only after 1)his restraints are unbound 2)a member of his team tags him
A prisoner exchange may only be initiated by an officer of Captain or higher from each team.
