| Altough I hardly show it, And I know I rarely do, Believe me when I say it, I mean it - I LOVE YOU!. there are times throughout our married life, Since the day we said " Ido", That you've had a doubt about my words, I mean it - I LOVE YOU!. When doubt arises in your mind, Think back to it and say, She says it and she means it, She tells me every day. Be positive about our love, It's strong and I should know, When I say it - I mean it, Believe me - I LOVE YOU SO!. I'm psoitive about our love, you see, Because there's something you should know, I know how much YOU mean to ME, And I will never be letting you go. So - Believe me when I say it, Don't listen to all those nerds, Don't keep believing all you hear, About actions speaking louder than words. And now you might believe me, That old wives tale's half dead!, I don't think a lifetime in bed together, Could reveal what you've just read. I want our life to be happy together, In everyshape, form and way, Because it's a very long time - is forever, For I LOVE YOU! to be said every day. And now the end of my poem is near, And I hope you understand, Actions aren't always louder than words - as you hear, It was written with my own fair hand. One last verse before I go, All about our love and marriage, Remember when we first started out, There was no horse and carriage. |
| Just one example of my ex wife's work.. For the uninitiated..our marriage was going through a rocky patch..both of us working and not much time for each other...I doubted my wife's love for me through the lack of marital activities...I DO NOT DOUBT HER NOW... cos she divorced and i cant be bothered to delete her....lol |
