LONG LEG PEPPER
This reflects my most up to date information on the knock-offs below, called Long Leg Pepper.  The first one I had purchased someone mistakenly told me was named Peggy, but unless told otherwise, I believe is a Pepper doll.

Pepper is clearly a knockoff of the Leggy dolls.  The bodies are almost identical.  Pepper has a slightly darker skin tone, and has small markings for a bellybutton and toes as the most noticeable differences.  Also, the Pepper doll's legs come are more straight up-and-down, and don't come close together like the Leggy dolls' legs do.

She comes with panties very similar to that of the originals.  Her platform shoes are almost identical, although hers are  in funky colors like electric blue and pink, and have a smaller platform and are a little too big for her!  She also comes with the signature Leggy stand in a slightly lighter plastic and with no writing on the bottom right corner ( to denote the manufacturer).

Without the packaging, it is impossible to guess whether she is affiliated with Hasbro in any way, or a complete rip-off.  She does not have the Hasbro markings on her butt cheek, but either does the Liza doll, who clearly is affiliated with Hasbro, as can be seen by the Liza doll's packaging.

The doll has a different face mold, made of cheaper plastic and has cheaper quality hair too.  A close up of the face can be seen below.

I have bought several Pepper dolls from the Netherlands, from a number of different sellers.  Each seller had doll cases, shown below, that said "long * leg doll * PEPPER" on them.  I have found from a few sellers that these dolls were packaged in slim plastic boxes that have a label that says Pepper on it.  Then the case was packaged inside one of two doll cases; one is slim for just the dolls, the other a bigger suitcase for the dolls and her wardrobe.  According to 2 sellers, these cases were packaged in sets of 4 or 5 inside shippers, and then sold on the shelves without any other packaging around the outer case.

I have gotten a number of these recently, so hopefully I can begin to catalogue her wardrobe, although it seems quite vast.
