SDC Point System
Only one winner:
Best In Show (BIS) - 5 pts
Best of Opposite Sex (BOS) - 4 pts
For every breed:
Best Of Breed (BOB) - 3 pts
1st Male & Female - 4 pts
2nd Male & Female - 3 pts
3rd Male & Female - 2 pts
4th Male & Female - 1 pt
Please note: The only classes are male and female open. There is no longer a puppy class.
If there are less than four dogs entered for one breed and sex, the number of points for places will be adjusted accordingly (so that last place is awarded no more than one point). The dogs that win BIS and BOS will also be the BOB winners for their breed, but will get only the points awarded for BIS/BOS, in addition to the points awarded for first place in its breed.
A kennel/owner may enter a maximum of 4 dogs of the same breed and sex. That means no more than 4 boxer females, 4 boxer males, 4 great dane males etc.
A dog winning 25 points in the SDC wins the title SDCh.!

To enter your dogs in the next SDC show, they must be registered with the SDC. To enter your dog(s), just send this form to [email protected]. Subject should be "SDC show". Remember all entries must be in two days before the show! You may send multiple entries per email.

If you don't want to enter every one of your dogs every show, let me know if you want them to become permanent entries. To enter your permanent entries in later shows, just email me and tell me you want your permanent entries entered. You must be a member to have permanent entries.
