In the  prefectures of japan the reputation of many great racers began. While this seems like the ideal place for many to reach fame, the road to glory is a long and hardone filled with many hardships that must be overcome.

Winter has just ended and the first battle of the year takes place in Mt. Akina. Road Racers from all around the area come to witness the first battle of the year. The Akina Speeders pull though and win the battle, now the whole racing community is riled up and ready for whats to come
