Busted Again! Mark Paris discusses
the latest allegations with the media.

It seems that our hero has once
again found himself on the wrong side of the law. On February 4th, 2001,
Cleveland police arrested Mark Paris after an irate Cleveland Heights
woman called them to report that Paris had engaged in sexual intercourse
with her sixteen-year-old daughter. Paris, 26, was released on bail, and
promptly made the following statement:
"These allegations are total bullshit!
You know what this is? This is just another attempt by some fat, filthy,
disgusting white trash bitch to take money out of my pocket and furnish
her double-wide. I did not...pay
attention, dumbass, I did NOT have

sexual relations with that
woman,
whatever her name is. And even if I did, do you really think they'd put
me away for it? Christ, I almost killed some bitch last year and they
didn't even fine me. The cops don't scare me, the prosecutor doesn't
scare me, and above all, trailer trash doesn't scare me. Even if it did
finally learn how to use a phone! I'M ABOVE THE LAW!
Or I would be. If I had done anything. Which
I didn't."
Paris' statements, while sparking outrage
from a community that is almost completely fed up with his antics, are
not without some basis in fact. Paris has had several brushes with the
law over the past few years (notably the allegations that he ran down
and nearly killed a young girl on New Year's Day of last year) and has
proven notoriously hard to prosecute. However, roughly a week after the
latest allegations were made, several possibly incriminating photos
surfaced. |

The photographs, which were taken
on the night of February 2nd, show Paris and an unidentified woman
"enjoying themselves" at Dick's Last Resort in the Flats.
While the girl does appear to be rather young, one has to wonder what a
sixteen-year old girl would be doing inside the 21-and-over club.
Paris is still free on bond, and no trial
date has yet been set. All attempts to reach Paris for comments in the
past several days have been unsuccessful. Although one reported who
called his home reportedly talked to a female, who informed her that
Paris was "grounded."
