BLACK STAR DRAGONBALLS

The planet the wish was made on will blow up if the dragonballs are not gathered and a wish is made within a year.
Much more powerful than the first dragonballs since these hold Kami and Piccolo's power combined.
You can't make a wish beyond the power of the creator.
