This level is reached by two people, Goku, and Vegeta. This level isn't really considered an SSJ level because the hair is black, and Akira Toriyama intended to leave it at just 3 super saiyan levels.. Vegeta would have never reached this stage if it wasnt for Bulma's Brute Ray, but those are my thoughts. ^_^
Physical Appearance: As you can see the hair is black and has grown back to its normal size but is now a bit shaggy and droopy. The upper torso is covered in red fur and his eyes are red rimed. The eyebrows also return. The eyes are still green and there is a bit more musscle mass. The tail also grows back in this form*.
