| On July 11th the House of Representatives pass a bill 317-93 which is attempting to make it illegal for US Financial Institutions to transfer money to off shore gambling websites or to the online payment services those companies use. BUT it ALLOWS HORSE BETTING and Internet State Lotteries. Double Standard? If they are not going to Legalize ONLINE Gambling Institutions in the states and place the proper taxation involved why should they infringe on other countries. WTO fines USA Government in wrongful action about these laws. Also ask yourself about Indian Casinos in your home state. Why are they allowed special laws? Help me tell the Senators how we feel.
