Airazor was created from a protoform in a crashed stasis pod. While a protoform her spark nearly faded, but she was saved through the efforts of Rhinox and Cheetor. She shares a special bong with Cheetor because he donated some of his circuitry to keep her protoform alive. It's a unique and cute kind of sibling relationship. Airazor also has a special relationship with Rhinox, sort of an uncle to her, because he played such a large role in helping her. (Episode - The Spark)
Although Airazor's Cybertronian memories are intact she sees Earth as her birth world and feels more comfortable in beast mode. Tigatron shares this love and together they have formed a bond to the planet and each other.
Airazor is very fast and efficient in battle. Her wrist mounted missile blasters once tore Predacon warrior Terrorsaur to pieces and she is never one to back down from a challenge.
Airazor, along with Tigatron mysteriously disappeared when an alien device transported them both into the depths of space. It would be later discovered that they were captured by the alien race known as the Vok, who took the bodies of Airazor and Tigatron, merging them into the powerful Tigerhawk.
