We offer 24 hour service within Knox County and 48 hour service within the surrounding East Tennessee counties! Further, we offer this speed of service within an attitude of joyful service and Chrisitan values. We love what we do and it shows in our every conversation with you to the closing experience. Legacy Title offers service second to NONE! Closings can be provided on Saturday and weekdays after 5:00 PM. Closings can be conducted in our offices or a realtor-specified location, including out of Knox and other counties across the state. Additional closing fees may be charged for these extra services.
