Seller's Checklist Buyer's Checklist
*  Provide Legacy with your current
    lender's name, loan number, and
    contact information so that we may
    obtain final payoff information.
*  Arrange for a termite inspection
    through the realtor.  Give the
    information to Legacy and bring the
   original letter to the closing.
*  Bring your TN Driver's License or TN
    state identification with you to closing.
*  Be prepared to sign the following at
   closing:
    1.   Warranty Deed
    2.   HUD-1 Settlement Statement
    3.   Lien Affidavit (certifying there are
          no outstanding liens listed on the
          property)
    4.   Legacy Title documents
*  Secure Homeowners Insurance.  Have
    it delivered by your insurance agent
    several days before closing.
*  Keep in touch with your realtor and
    lender as each party finalizes details
    about your property and loan.
*  Purchase mortgage title insurance to
    cover not only the lender but also you,
    as the buyer of the property.
*  Bring your TN Driver's License or TN
    state identification with you to closing.
*  Be prepared to sign the following at
    closing:
    1.  Truth in Lending Disclosure
    2.   HUD-1 Settlement Statement
    3.   Promisary Note (if taking loan)
    4.   Legacy Title documents
    5.   Deed of Trust
