THE LIBRARIAN IS BASED ON A TRUE EVENT  THAT OCCURED IN LOS ANGELES  CENTRAL LIBRARY  THE APRIL 16TH 1986 FIRE, IT WAS A SUSPECTED ARSON FIRE, BUT THE ARSONIST WAS NEVER CAUGHT, THIS STORY IS BASED ON THE FACT THAT THERE WAS TWO INVESTIGATION REPORTS OF THE FIRE THE FIRST THE OFFICIAL REPORT BY THE CVITY OF LOS ANGELES, AND THE SECOND WAS NEVER SEEN EXCEPT BY THIS ARTHUR,
The Official Report said that the fire broke out at 10 am April 16th 1986 and quickly went down the elevator shaft to the lower floors from the second floor, soon after the official fire report, the second report was hidden, it said the fire began  in the basement of the Library, behind a closed wooden door that date back to the turn of the century, in the room behind it where a box was found and two piles of ashes, But the strange thing it said was  the fire burn the room total and went around the door frame not touching the door ( the door was closed) went up the Hall wayburnt everything too crisp but didn't touch the door, went up the elevator shaft to the other floors and quickly distroyed the Library, the  investigater soon  retired at full pension, he was 27 year old and only been on the job for two months,   this book is based on the second report

The Governments of the world will never admit to the Excistance of the supernatural or
UFOS,  or  fact that something can't be explained by Laws of Psyhics,
This book is based on the second fire on April 29th 1986 and again the arsonist was never caught !          or was he?
