Cassandra Byrd Berenger Legacy City's mistress of the macabre was played by Kelly Widmaier in season one and Kristin Valentine in seasons 2 and 3.
Cassandra is evil incarnate returned by the powers of Hell to extract revenge on the descendants of the Legacy City settlers that condemned her to die for the crime of witchcraft in the 1790's. Her history and nefarious schemes are closely intertwined with all of the residents of the town and her evil furor is matched only by her dark wit and penchant for horrific fashion.
