Determination of Delays
Rise Time is the time it takes for a waveform to go from 10% of its maximum to 90% of its maximum
Fall Time is the time it takes for a waveform to go from 90% of its maximum to 10% of its maximum.
Delay Time is the time from falling edge of input to falling edge of output. It is measured at 50% of the maximum value of input and output. Time is the independent variable and voltage is the dependent variable. Below is an example of the definitions.
The above is a wavform of input voltage v(in), output voltage v(out) vs time. The above visual data can also be represented by numbers of V(in) v(out) vs time. Below is an example of such data.

Are there any Delphi routines, VCL, modules that will measure the different types of delays or possibly be able to do data manipulation to determine when the values are increasing, decreasing or just staying the same.
