Joe is confused. Perminantly. He likes metal. He likes punk. He lives in a cave in the Andes mountains, just to the east of the Cities of Gold. His pet condor, Scrobbo, hides in the back of the cave, shuddering in fear of the Graffiti King. The Graffiti King comes at night and spray paints the message "Scrobbo ya dead" at the cave entrance.
Joe and Scrobbo use an upturned dustbin lid to go down the mountain to the village for supplies. They usually get drunk on Scotsmac and fall asleep in the marketplace. They then travel back up the mountain in an airship with Granny Scotsmac the Scottish Widdow.
Joe loves green eggs and ham.
