The bags of dog food we purchase weigh 15kg each! Every time I buy them I struggle to carry them up our stairs they seem so damn heavy! Here I am pictured with three of those bags - they weigh 45kg the amount of weight I have lost since January 04 ... this is a very proud moment for me - roll on my next goal of 50kg
