This is my site for the next two years, at least. My name is Laura Leemon and I am from Bethesda, Maryland. I am in the EARTH, LIFE, TIME scholars program, at the University of Maryland. I absolutly love it here in College Park. College is amazing, even for a little freshman (i'm not short.....i'm vertically challenged) like me.
As far as interests though, I adore biology (it should be, it's my major afterall). Non-academics wise, I love the TERPS (Wemustprotectthishouse!!). I also enjoy black and white photography, comedy shows, old movies, sci fi (trekkie till the end!), long walks on the beach......etc. You will also see me on the weekend hanging out with friends, eating, going to parties....
I love to sing and I was in an acapalla choir last year along with the drama club S*T*A*G*E, but I'm waiting to see how I can handle my schedule before signing up for extra-curriculars.
