| I am making a tut on adding your name to an animation in Animation Shop (AS). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Step#1 When you open AS, browse to your image and open (Under FILE/OPEN) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Step#2 GoTo EDIT/SELECT ALL (This step is very important to get your text in every frame) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Step #3 Go To EFFECTS/select APPLY TEXT EFFECTS | Step#4 A box will pop up to select your font, size, & color. You will type your name in big box. |

| Step #5 Next Click on customize (see #4 above) This box will show up. You just drag and drop the square box which is your text to where you want it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Step #6 After you click OK, you will be back to the preview screen in step#4
Here you can see where you name is. If it is not where you want it, click on Customize again and move it again. When it is where you want it, click OK on the preview screen. You should see your name in every frame...click on the preview and see the animation. |

| If at anytime you are not satisfied with it...simply hit the UNDO ARROW or go to EDIT/UNDO TEXT EFFECTS APPLY... either will let you start over again on your image. Anytime you UNDO, Go to EDIT/SELECT ALL again. |

| When you are satisfied with your image, (see Step #6 Image) go to
FILE/click SAVE AS then name your image and save it as a gif file so you can find it.
These are ALWAYS GIF files...gif files can be animated, jpg files can NOT be animated.
Works on all animated gif images. |
