The purpose of this site is to provide up-to-date information about our
club, and we hope to promote table tennis as a great form of sport and leisure.
The Leeds Judean Table Tennis Club was
founded in the 1930's and is affiliated to the Leeds Jewish Youth Service. At present
there are 36 members aged between 14 and 70, and newcomers of all ages and
abilities are always welcome. There are 6 teams, (A-F), playing in the Leeds Table Tennis
League (Winter 2001), in divisions 2, 4, 5 & 6. The teams are dynamic, as are the players,
and are constantly improving and moving upwards. In the Summer 2001 League,
the club will be represented by 3 teams.

The Leeds Judean Table Tennis Club trains at the Sinai
Synagogue Complex, Roman
Avenue, Leeds 8, on Tuesdays 7:00-8:30pm. Please note the new venue for home
matches: As of the summer season, home matches will also be played there. Junior players are coached by Alan
Myerson at the Brodetski School hall on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30pm (possible changes
will be noted - watch this space).
