At Sheperd's you have never felt like home so away from home  - every family is an individual - and you to are an individual - housing is great - we can cook and that is a big thing to us - your day is very busy OT, PT, ST - thiry minutes of each every morning and afternoon -

occupational therapy, physical therapy and speach therapy - each meet as a team on Wednesday and give projections as to dismissal and progress - can not wait for that meeting -

Today you seemed very tired - and very emotional - I just can not stand to see you cry - I know i must get use to this but it will take me some time as I have not seen you this upset until your recent "lost love" - Dad is as strong as ever - and I thought I was - I will be going home to get things at the farm ready for your return as well as College - it is just so overwhelming to me that I  can not get this all together - I wish it were a Church or an old timey "Barn"  and we could call all the neighbors together and have it done over the weekend and have services on Sunday or bed the milk cow by evening - but is reality I know this will not be an easy task as  everyone is very busy - and I can not "fix" this - I guess what is the most I can not stand is I have been gone 14 yrs out of everyone's life and now more or less  everyone wants me to just go and "take care" and just resume my life  -  but the jeannie has been hung out to dry and she is too tired to control everything    - I will know today my time frame and by the Grace of God - I will have things complete or well on their way -

I have learned a lot of life's lessons - ones  who are truely your friends and ones  who just want you for what you can do for them- money is the root of all evil - and there are so many factors in life that some can and will do anything for money -  I hope these never have to face lifes challenges as we have - this is the first time in 14 yrs - that I can not focus on 2 things at once as now you Lee are my first priority - and the rest will come later and as time goes by - as now all we have is time  and to thank God for your smile - and give you the courage to face and talk - as you have a story to tell and everyone wants to hear it .. . mom
