Lee's Road to Recovery
Entry for Monday - June 12, 2006
Today began early for Dad & I - as now we are taking classes also - ours are talking  and learning - not as intense as yours - you really looked tired today - good day - your first bites of food - mashed potatoes, apple sauce, ground roast, gravy and pudding - all was at least getting 1 bite each - food must be reaquired is what they say - and you wanted it so bad but not enough - had to get the nurse to wash your mouth out with water - as that to must be thickened before you eat or drink - you have had a very busy day and also your first beard trim in weeks - sleep tight - I am glad my days are busy - as not being able to see you is so frustrating - almost as much as your wanting to walk - or say the words in your mind  - it breaks my heart to see you try so hard and then loose what was there - but to see you laugh - makes my day - Lee relax - You have a story to tell - and we all can not wait. . mom

Hey Mrs. Dwana & Mr. Rob! I am reading from day-to-day and have caught myself crying, but these are not tears of sadness, these are happy tears! It is so awesome to know that things are finally starting to ease a little bit! I can not wait to hear his story!!

Mrs.Dwana and Mr.Rob I just found out about his site and I just want you to know that we are all thinking and praying for yall. I just sat and read this whole site and cried and cried. I can not imagine what yall are going through. Please know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers until the day we can here his story. I know he will be telling it soon! I am so proud of the progress he hs already made and it will only get better. I will be reading every day now that I know this is here. Just remember that God is on your side.
