Today we could see stars in the sky, rainbows, Gods rays of goodness shining on us and the brightest smile you have ever seen in your life - our discharge date in September 21, 2006 or before - this is great - Lee has a lot to accomplish these next few weeks and by the Grace of God his communication will get better - as that is the key to climbing in Ladder of Life - the headaches are still there - but so is Lee - maybe inside - but here - and that we are very lucky for and believe me I thank God daily for being able the help him take those "baby" steps again in life - we are all very lucky for the friends, family and net work of therapists - we have a very long road ahead - but nothing like what we have been through - and I will never forget the appreciation for life this change has given me - I pray no one every has to learn how the be thankful the way we have - but through my words maybe I can help everyone stop - take life slower - and most of all appreciate the love and kindness all have to offer - please - please never let these seconds in a day go by without telling someone how much you appreciate any thing they have done - be it just a smile or a major change in your life - as always I never thought Lee would not have words - so now these are mine and he will have the words to finish this story - and I know in my heart he will . . . so Lee push each and every day - pull - stand up and open your heart and soul - as God has a plan for you - and you are the one that will finish this. . . .love mom
