| Lee was in an automobile accident on May 15th. On May 16th he was transported to the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. At that time, his neurosurgeon, Dr. Troupe removed a portion of Lee's skull and placed it just under the skin in his abdomen for the bone to remain alive. This helped to reduce the pressure on Lee's brain. Since then Lee has been in a coma. He has been kept in a medically induced coma. Please continue to keep Lee in your prayers. You can read the blog for daily updates. I am writing Lee's story now...but he will finish it Lee was transferred to Shepherd's Acquired Brain Injury Unit and will be here until end of July. | July 18, 2006 Lee is now living in an apartment with Rob and Dwana. He began therapy yesterday at Shepherd Pathways Day Rehab Center. Lee's new address is: Shepherd Pathways Lee Coleman 1942 Clairmont Rd. Decatur, GA 30033 |
