Residences of 120 apartments over
existing functioning Champagne cellars. Some of the
original buildings are conserved, maintaining the integration
of this six building complex into the site A mixed subsidized
housing project, the essential sense of identity and the
quality of individual apartment spaces were treated by the use
of complex volumes, great heights, transversal apartments and
private entrances.
The evolution of this project from the
initial studies to the construction permit was my
responsibility.
