The apartments of the mayor of Paris are transformed into a daycare center. A small village is created within the walls of this historic building. A dual environment results from the insertion of this child-scaled world into the lofty halls also revealed.

I followed this project after the construction permit through the technical development phase and construction. Opening September 2003.
