| We are proud to own a dulcimer made by Edd Presnell. This dulcimer taught me the tradition of the luthier putting something inside the dulcimer. When I picked the dulcimer up I heard something rolling around inside it. I got the tweezers and a flashlight and finally got the tweezers on the item that was making the noise. I pulled it from the soundhole and it was a rattlesnake's rattler! I later learned of the tradition and was told some luthier's put kernels of corn in their instruments! | ||||||
