In Memory of my sister, Debbie Richardson

Forget me not

When the golden sun is sinking

And your mind from troubles free,

When of others you are thinking

Will you sometimes think of me ?

I am home in heaven, dear ones. Oh so happy and so bright.

There is perfect Joy and Beauty in this everlasting light.

All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed.

I am now at peace forever, safely home in heaven at last.

Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I Love you dearly still.

Try to look beyond earth's shadows, pray to trust our fathers will.poofdove.gif (38556 bytes)

If You could see me now! Our Prayers have all been answered. I finally arrived. The peace that had been delayed, has now been realized.

No one's in a hurry, There's no schedule to keep. We're all enjoying Jesus, Just sitting at his feet. If you could see me now,

I'm walking the streets of gold. If you could see me now, I'm standing tall and whole. If you could see me now, You'd know I've seen his face.

If you could see me now, You'd know the Pain is erased. You wouldn't want me to ever leave this place, If you could only see me now. My light and temporary trials, Have worked out for my good, To know it brought Him glory when I misunderstood.

Though we've had our sorrows, they can never compare. What Jesus has in store for us, no language can share.

poofdove.gif (38556 bytes)Debbie was the best big sister anybody could have. She was killed in a car accident on her way to work.

PLEASE EVERYBODY PRACTICE SAFE DRIVING SKILLS!!

Her dedication to others never stopped. She was the kindest, sweetest person you would ever want to know. She was an instructor at American Airlines and was loved by everybody she met. She had many good friends at work. Debbie, you are sadly missed, but we do know that YOU are in a much better place! You have reached the streets of gold finally, but there is not a day goes by that we don't think of you.

With all my love, Joyce

A FOREVER FRIEND
Sometimes in life, you find a special friend;
Someone who changes your life just by being part of it.
Someone who makes you laugh until you can't stop;
Someone who makes you believe that there really is
good in the world.
Someone who convinces you that there really is an
unlocked door just waiting for you to open it.
This is Forever Friendship.
When you're down, and the world seems dark and empty,
Your forever friend lifts you up in spirit,
and makes that dark and empty world suddenly bright and full.
Your forever friend gets you through the hard times, the sad times,
and the confused times.
If you turn and walk away, your forever friend follows.
If you lose your way, your forever friend guides you and
cheers you on.
Your forever friend holds your hand and tells you that
everything is going to be okay.
And if you find such a friend, you feel happy and complete,
because you need not worry,
You have a forever friend for life, and forever has no end.

MOMS Memory of Debbie

Mother's Pages

This poem was written by Debbie's Mother 2 days after she left us.

"Out of the Darkness"

One Year Since You Left Us

I can't believe it's been 2 YEARS and

yes, it seems like YESTERDAY!

HOPI PRAYER

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry:
I am not there, I did not die.
For everything beautiful you see,
will bring a memory of me.
