I've had a GREAT ten days here. Love the village, the people and the mule traffic...Pepe has plied me with oranges and Anne & Nick have been so helpful...

We've had a really lovely holiday. Two weeks wasn't long enough! The house is great and has everything you could possibly need. We will miss the nights stargazing with a cold beer on the terrace and the peace and quiet. We would love to come back again!

How time flies when you are in the Valley for 2 weeks. Unbelievable! We've truly enjoyed the beautiful region, the costas, the house, the food and meeting the local people - for us Northerners its such a delight to wake up with sunshine every day. I feel like we've only had the chance to get a glimpse of the Valley, the Alpujarras, Granada and the playas. Time was just too short to visit all the places we planned in advance. The house has been a lovely base to start from! Thank you very much - we'd love to come back some time.

What a wonderful week in the Lecrin Valley and as luck would have it we were here for Fiesta Week. Woke up the first morning to the sound of what we thought was quarry blasting - it wasn't, just the fireworks (rocket bangs) signalling the start of festivities. Felt very privileged to be here at this time & will always have fond memories of the Sangria party in Barrio Bajo Square, the dance until 3.00am (& beyond) and the 'guy' letting the rockets off by hand! The house has been a great base for exploring the Valley and beyond - not to be missed are the Alhambra, Alpujarras and the carp swimming in the Beznar Dam.
The Sun terrace is magnificent with the views down the gorge and a chance to spot an eagle (or 2). A great way to spend our 20th anniversary.

Thank you for a wonderful week - as ever too short. The house is beautiful - it has been a rare occasion when I've stayed somewhere decorated as I'd decorate a place of my own. The Valley and nearby sights are also treasures. We have taken in Cabo de Gato, the Alhambra and the Alpujarras and hope to return for more. Thank you again -
